Coring Institute — Bilingual Coaching Platform
Full bilingual (AR/EN) coaching platform built from scratch on Laravel 11 + Filament. Public marketing site with services and coach profiles, end-to-end booking flow, and a real Zoom + Google Calendar integration that auto-creates meetings on confirmation.
Twindix — Main Dashboard & Platform
Rebuilt and refactored the core dashboard powering Twindix's product suite (assessments, reports, job-fit analysis) — fixed long-standing architectural issues and hardened the API.
Academic Finder
AI-assisted career & college recommendation tool. Students answer a guided question flow and the system surfaces the best-fit programs, wired into the main Twindix dashboard.
Proposal Builder
Bilingual (AR/EN) self-service tool where clients pick services and quantities, approve online, and automatically receive a signed PDF contract stamped with the company seal.

How fast can you start, and how do you reply?
I can usually start within 3 days of a signed scope. WhatsApp / email replies typically within ~2 hours during Cairo working hours (GMT+2 / GMT+3 DST), and same-day otherwise.
How long does a typical project take?
Shopify stores: 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Theme customization: 1–2 weeks. Laravel apps: 4–8 weeks for a focused MVP, longer for multi-tenant SaaS. API integrations and automations: 3 days to a week.
Are you available full-time, or only freelance?
Both. I'm currently open to full-time roles (remote or Cairo) and to freelance / contract work. If you're hiring, send the JD via email and I'll reply with my notice period and availability.
How do payments work?
For freelance: a 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split across milestones. I send a simple written agreement covering scope, timeline, and payment terms — bank transfer or InstaPay.
What's included after launch?
Every project includes a 2-week post-launch window for bug fixes and small tweaks at no extra cost. After that, I offer monthly retainers or pay-per-task — whichever fits how often you need changes.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Most projects I deliver end-to-end on my own — that's why I can move fast. For larger builds I bring in trusted designers / QA / DevOps as needed, but you always have one point of contact: me.
What if my project isn't Shopify or Laravel?
I also work with WordPress, Magento, PrestaShop, and Python (Telegram bots, automations). If a tool isn't a fit for what you need, I'll tell you upfront — even if it means recommending someone else.
