Build in milestones
Weekly demos on a staging link, updates on WhatsApp or email, and milestones your team can start using before the whole system is done.
Launch, training & support
Data migration, a training session for your team, a handover guide, and a 2-week post-launch window. After that, a retainer or per-task — your call.

Hotels, conferences, an institute, COD sellers and Shopify brands. Each card says what the problem was, what was built, and where the system stands today.
Escalé — Hospitality Platform for Hotels & Hotel Groups
Before: independent hotels and small groups run guest services, daily operations and sales on separate tools and WhatsApp groups. Built: one multi-tenant hospitality platform that any number of hotels can join — related or not, each isolated at the database level — with a public booking site, a guest app, a staff app and a hotel admin, in Arabic and English, payments pluggable per market. Where it stands: production deployed with CI and end-to-end tests; onboarding the first hotels is next.
Iqraa — Remote Quran Recitation Circles Platform
Before: an institute matching sheikhs with students, scheduling sessions and chasing attendance over phone calls and spreadsheets. Built: an admin panel that distributes students to sheikhs, a Telegram bot that links each user with a 6-digit code and sends reminders and attendance buttons, live audio sessions in the browser with server-side recording, quality reviews, admission quizzes, and a finance module (session fees, teacher earnings, refunds, payouts, monthly reports). Where it stands: complete and in pre-launch trial with the institute.

Full theme rebuild for a bilingual health-tech storefront with RTL/LTR switching, localized navigation, and optimized product pages.

New Shopify store delivered end-to-end with a custom bilingual theme, checkout tweaks, and a responsive, conversion-focused UI.

Shopify store for an Egyptian apparel brand, selling for about two years — custom theme, Arabic-first UX, men's / women's / kids / home categories, and a clean purchase flow.

Coring Institute — Bilingual Coaching Platform
Full bilingual (AR/EN) coaching platform built from scratch on Laravel 11 + Filament. Public marketing site with services and coach profiles, end-to-end booking flow, and a real Zoom + Google Calendar integration that auto-creates meetings on confirmation.
Mirqat — Similar Verses of the Qur'an
A tool for memorizers to master the mutashabihat: an index of every repeated phrase (literal, same-root, different order), word-by-word verse comparison, a recitation drill with a timed 10-question challenge, a mistakes notebook with distinguishing keys, and levels, points and streaks. Hafs text and Quranic Arabic Corpus roots, all in a single fast page that works on any phone.
Arab Wajam — Live Interpretation & Sign-Language Platform for Conferences
Before: interpreters, conference rooms, client quotes and collections managed by phone and spreadsheets. Built: an admin platform (conferences, control room, live monitor, interpreter roster, quotes and invoices, finance, reports, permissions) plus an API and a Flutter app for interpreters and attendees. Where it stands: 9 services, 535 automated tests on CI, protected deploys; payment and translation-provider integrations are the last step before launch.
Soyoula — COD & Affiliate Platform
Cash-on-delivery + affiliate marketing platform for MENA with three portals (admin, merchant, marketer): product approval workflow, marketer self-pricing with live profit calculation, wallets with payout rules, and failed-order handling with automatic retries — backed by a 60+ screen Figma design system.

Every memorizer knows the trap: two verses that start the same and end differently. Mirqat indexes every repeated phrase in the Qur'an, shows where each one occurs and the word that tells them apart, then drills you on exactly those spots. Free, in the browser, no sign-up.
- Browse the similarities — literal matches, same-root matches, different word order, and phrases unique to one surah, filterable by surah and root.
- Compare verses word by word — close verses side by side with additions, omissions and substitutions highlighted.
- Recite (tasmeeʿ) — read a passage and pick the word that follows it in that exact position; open practice, or a 10-question timed challenge across the whole Qur'an.
- Fix your mistakes — every similarity you got wrong is collected with auto-extracted distinguishing keys, plus a field for your own rule.
- Levels, points and streaks — mastery percentage, daily streak and levels from beginner upward. Progress is saved on your device.

The questions clients usually ask before we start — answered upfront.
How does a project start?
With a short call about your operation and the problem you want solved. If it's a fit, you get a written scope, a fixed price and a start date — then we book the slot. I work from Cairo (GMT+2 / GMT+3 DST) and keep communication on WhatsApp or email during the project.
How do you price?
One fixed number for the whole scope — no hourly rate and no surprises. The price follows the size of the problem and the system that solves it, not the number of pages or screens. You get it in writing after the first call.
Do you work with startups or new ideas?
Rarely. My work is most useful for businesses that already run an operation and know what it costs them. If you're still validating an idea, a lighter setup usually serves you better — and I'll say so on the first call.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. A Shopify operations project is usually a few weeks; a custom platform is a few months, delivered in milestones you can start using early. You get the timeline in writing together with the scope.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit on signing and 50% on delivery; larger projects are split across milestones. You get a simple written agreement covering scope, timeline and payment terms — bank transfer or InstaPay.
What's included after launch?
Every project includes a 2-week post-launch window for bug fixes and small tweaks at no extra cost. After that, I offer monthly retainers or pay-per-task — whichever fits how often you need changes.
Who owns the code, the accounts and the data?
You do. The code lives in a repository under your name, hosting and third-party accounts are opened in your name, and at delivery you get the documentation and every access. Nothing is locked to me.
What about hosting and running costs?
Your own accounts, paid directly by you. I set them up and tell you the expected monthly cost before we start — most of the systems here run on a small VPS or managed hosting, not on an enterprise bill.
Will our existing data and team move over?
Yes. Migrating what you have in Excel, WhatsApp or an older system is scoped as part of the project when it's needed, and launch includes a training session for your team and a short handover guide.
What happens if you're unavailable?
Because the code, documentation and accounts are yours, any developer can continue the work. For ongoing changes a monthly retainer gives you agreed response times.
How do you work with a company outside Egypt?
The same way: a written agreement, then payment by bank transfer in USD or EGP (InstaPay for Egyptian clients). I don't currently issue formal invoices — the signed agreement and the transfer confirmation are the record. If your accounting needs a formal invoice, say so on the first call and we'll agree on the paperwork before starting.
Do you work alone or with a team?
Most projects I deliver end-to-end on my own, which keeps decisions fast and accountability clear. For larger builds I bring in trusted designers / QA / DevOps as needed, but you always have one point of contact: me.
What if my project isn't Shopify or Laravel?
If the right tool for your operation isn't Shopify or Laravel, I'll say so on the first call and point you to someone who does it well. I do maintain WordPress, Magento and PrestaShop systems when they're already part of a client's operation, and build Python / Telegram automations around them.
