The old app asked for the trip on one screen and showed the cars on another, with nothing linking them. Here it is one flow: describe the trip, then choose from the cars that can actually take you.

Going, coming back, or both
The price follows the trip type. Both ways is two drives, so it costs more than one. Asking first means every price on the screen is the real price for this guest.
The trip first, the car second
The number of passengers decides which cars are even possible — five people do not fit in a sedan. So the guest describes the trip first, and the screen then answers with the fleet. A car that is too small is not hidden: it stays on the list, greyed out, with the reason written on it, so the guest can see it exists and why it is not an option today.
A car is booked, not ordered
A vehicle works like a hall: one unit, held for a window of time. Two guests cannot take the same car at the same hour, so the car is held the moment the transfer is confirmed.
Airport runs live on the clock
A flight does not wait. The date and the pickup time are required, and the hotel adds its own margin for traffic on the road to Hurghada.
The hotel confirms the fare
The price on the card is what the hotel published. The request goes to the transport desk, which confirms the fare and only then assigns a driver — so nobody is surprised at the door.

A note for the hotel

The hotel enters its fleet once — each car with its seats, luggage space, photo, and price per route. Escalé keeps the calendar, so a car already out on a transfer stops showing as free. Two screens from the old app become one, and the transport desk reads the whole request in a single card.
